  • Level 1

Level 1 is suitable for students who have completed an Introduction Course or are new to Iyengar Yoga. The practice focuses on basic poses (asanas), with special attention to standing postures. New poses are introduced gradually, and the teaching is adapted to individual needs and abilities. After this level, students may continue in Level 1 or progress to Level 1–2.
