About Shaylin

Shaylin Zare, the heart and soul of YAHA YOGA. Shaylin's love for yoga and meditation began in 2006 at the tender age of 16, deeply inspired by her mother, an experienced yoga teacher, and devoted meditator. Since then, yoga and meditation have become integral to her life, bringing harmony and strength.
Driven by her yoga passion, Shaylin finished a two-year teacher training in 2012. She became an International Iyengar yoga teacher in 2022 after pursuing Iyengar yoga training in 2018. Her journey includes meditation courses worldwide and teaching yoga in Iran, Sweden, and Canada.
The transformative power of yoga and meditation propelled Shaylin to share this gift with others. She envisions a world of hope, compassion, and love through the meditation and yoga practice.
