It seems only fitting at this point that you may need an outline of the (Chi) Light Force energy system commonly referred to as the Chakra/ Vortexes and Kundalini /Spiritual Energy.

If you are able to see these Light vortexes as many clairvoyants and healers do. You will see wheel like oscillating propellers of energy flashing coloured lights, each one of these vortexes act as electricity transmitters. I SENSE!
The Solar Plexus is the third chakra /vortex and is coloured yellow it’s located in the solar plexus area,
a few inches above the navel in the centre of the body pointing forward.
It is said to resonate to the note D the mantra is RAM the element is Fire.
It is indeed significant that this chakra lies central in the body, feeling and being begins to integrate here, this is where personality is formed and personal emotions are carried too, where the fires of personal power begin to ignite and creativity flares to life.
The Solar plexus carries the brunt from the kicks of life and is often scarred by countless boots imprints.
It is the interface between you and the world and works at keeping you in context with your environment!
This is where self-esteem and emotional honesty is strengthened, where you experience drawing and defining boundaries and learn to respect them, plus taking responsibility for your own actions.
It can be a great space of nervous emotional discharge, like a release valve on a pressure cooker, a great belly laugh, a purging vomit, and a good resounding release of wind.
This vortex intuits what is good for your nervous system and empowers you to stand tall behind your knowingness.
When in harmony there is a feeling of inner peace and wholeness, you accept others and strike a balance between the Spiritual and Material worlds.

WHEN OUT OF HARMONY. You become a psychic sponge and unknowingly pick up all the stress in your environment.

HEART (Anahata or Heart Centre.)

The fourth charkra/vortex is the Heart; it’s coloured green and is located in the centre of your chest, pointing forwards and yet equally directing energy backwards if functioning proficiently.
It is said to resonate to the note of F and the mantra is YAM.
HU Is another high frequency sound, which brings clarity to the Heart
Just as the solar plexus is significant for its central positioning in the physical body; the Heart vortex is as equally relevant as mediator and central point for the charka energetics and communication systems.
When in balance the heart vortex nurtures all with its love, reminiscent of a healthy heart pump consistently and indiscriminately supplying blood to all the body’s cells. It is the mediator between the physical and the spiritual, the mind and spirit. It determines your health strength and balance, for it is your love Station. also the sound R is clearing and aids to manifesting abundance.
It is the centre of communication and expression of will, choice and discernment.
The authentic aim of the throat is to be an expressive instrument for the whole being- not to act as a ventriloquist’s dummy for your fears and conditioned belief systems.
Should you experience throat problems it helps to visualize the colour blue in this area and surrounding all your communications, this will aid you in clearly expressing that which is necessary.
The throat communicates and when in unison with the heart mediates the feelings and emotions being expressed.
The throat communes uplifts and transcends! Its majestic vibration heals, breathes life into the dying, and exults for it is the holy voice of the heart. The Third Eye is the sixth vortex and is Indigo in colour; it is located in the centre the forehead just on top of the bridge of your nose and between the eyes and points forward.
It is said to resonate at the note of A its mantra is KSHAM.
This is the centre of intellect and reasoning, the basis of our own personal psychological evaluation, and also where we connect the intuitive and psychic senses to our Spiritual Being.
It has the ability to dissolve our ego.
How amazing that the intellect, intuition and psychic powers are directed through the same vortex, thus harnessing all the aspects of the rational and intuitive mind into one stream of clear consciousness.
We use this chakra to manifest and visualize our creativity to fruition and it is from here that we Dream.
When this vortex is united with the heart centre it enables you to discern illusion from truth by bringing the light of inner awareness into your everyday life.
We learn to see beyond what visibly presents to us and trust in unseen forces. Watching the wonder of nature a starry sky or billowing clouds with soft eyes helps to clear this vortex.

CROWN (SAHASRARA OR THOUSAND PETALLED LOTUS.)
I AM A CHILD OF THE UNIVERSE!
The crown is the seventh chakra/vortex its colour is violet, white, grey, palest pink or gold (The colour is determined by the amount of illumination at the moment of viewing) and is located on top and in the centre of your head and is pointing upward.
It is said to resonate to the note of B the mantra is Hum or Aum this is a powerful mantra of Divine connection.
When a baby is born this area of the skull is soft open and fragile this is when the innocence, connectivity and Divinity are perfectly intact.
This is the vortex of Divine purpose; of Soul destiny it integrates the interior and the exterior creating a harmonious vibration of wholeness.
To you a true child of the Universe this vortex is your physical body’s umbilici light cord your connection to the Divine Illumination. When your whole system is in harmony with this vortex you are interfaced with pure Divine consciousness you are in complete integrity all divine channels of perception, knowledge, light and wisdom are assessable.
The golden crown is placed upon your head, in humble adoration you fall weeping to your knees, to be anointed by the light of a thousand suns. Every cell of your being sings in blessed praise.

The Sacral charkra is the second vortex its colour is orange it’s located between the base of your sacral spine and your navel just above the Mount of Venus and points forwards.
It resonates to the note of D with the mantra VAM its element is Water.
The Sacral is the decisive centre (I Decide-) what to metabolise what to excrete, what is good for the personal me and what is not!
It is common in our culture that many people who have stronger sacral vortexes tend towards having more money and personal power; they are independent, knowing what they want and how to go for it.
The Sacral is the vortex of your personal decisive power and is the seat of the sexual and creativity energies, it holds unrefined emotions and the formation of personality, separateness, it is from here you rebel against the tribes control. It is the ruling domain of intimate, more personal relationships, sexual union, and issues of domination or control, and personal finances. The sacral balances, giving and receiving and controls the essence of your creative flow and that of procreation and excretion. It is holds the seed of self, is both the egg and the vessel.
IT AFFECTS THE lower spine, sexual and reproductive organs, the pelvic area, bowel, bladder, colon, lower intestines, spermatozoa, all liquids and bodily fluids.

The Solar Plexus is the third chakra /vortex and is coloured yellow it’s located in the solar plexus area,

It is indeed significant that this chakra lies central in the body, feeling and being begins to integrate here, this is where personality is formed and personal emotions are carried too, where the fires of personal power begin to ignite and creativity flares to life.
The Solar plexus carries the brunt from the kicks of life and is often scarred by countless boots imprints.
It is the interface between you and the world and works at keeping you in context with your environment!
This is where self-esteem and emotional honesty is strengthened, where you experience drawing and defining boundaries and learn to respect them, plus taking responsibility for your own actions.
It can be a great space of nervous emotional discharge, like a release valve on a pressure cooker, a great belly laugh, a purging vomit, and a good resounding release of wind.
This vortex intuits what is good for your nervous system and empowers you to stand tall behind your knowingness.
When in harmony there is a feeling of inner peace and wholeness, you accept others and strike a balance between the Spiritual and Material worlds.

WHEN OUT OF HARMONY. You become a psychic sponge and unknowingly pick up all the stress in your environment.

The fourth charkra/vortex is the Heart; it’s coloured green and is located in the centre of your chest, pointing forwards and yet equally directing energy backwards if functioning proficiently.
It is said to resonate to the note of F and the mantra is YAM.
HU Is another high frequency sound, which brings clarity to the Heart
Just as the solar plexus is significant for its central positioning in the physical body; the Heart vortex is as equally relevant as mediator and central point for the charka energetics and communication systems.
When in balance the heart vortex nurtures all with its love, reminiscent of a healthy heart pump consistently and indiscriminately supplying blood to all the body’s cells. It is the mediator between the physical and the spiritual, the mind and spirit. It determines your health strength and balance, for it is your love Station. The heart centre processes the baser instincts from the three charkas below, filtering them through love, transmuting them into conscious feeling responses and emotions; in this manner it can neutralize negatives. The heart power inducts the aesthetic creative impulses from these lower vortexes into emotional expression that enables it to touch others hearts. Sexual connection without the hearts involvement is empty illusion, seeded by mere animalistic impulse and addictive behaviour.
We fall in love via our heart vortex, this love feeling travels on to the solar plexus the emotional centre and next to the Sacral vortex translating into feelings of romantic sexual attraction, then to the base, where the feelings of wanting commitment generate outward to the tribe or family, giving rise to the idea of settling down and procreating.
We don't fall in love - we fall down into love! And if it is to be a lasting love then we travel back up again.
For the heart centre gives us the facility to love freely unconditionally, and fearlessly, it marshals intuition, logic and reason through loving compassion and faith. It is the seat of empathy and of compassionate service to others in true connectivity. The heart is the connector, the source of all conscious union.
It is the home of the soul and unconditional love.
IT AFFECTS THE heart and circulatory system, upper back/ shoulders arms and hands, the lower lungs and diaphragm, ribs breast and thymus gland.
WHEN OUT OF HARMONY you feel shut down disconnected,1 loveless, unloved, and unfulfilled. The love you give is illusory and insincere for you’re always expecting some reward in return for it. Your communications are shallow, your psychic abilities inferior as they are not elevated via the hearts loving compassion. It is far easier to be drawn into darkness. You can drown in feelings of grief, betrayal, jealousy, or obsess in out of control neediness and loneliness, become withdrawn and reclusive or oscillate between all the above.

The fifth chakra/vortex is the throat it is the colour blue and located at the throats base in the centre of the collarbone and points forward. It is of air or ether.
It is said to resonate to the note G the mantra is HAAM
also the sound R is clearing and aids to manifesting abundance.
It is the centre of communication and expression of will, choice and discernment.
The authentic aim of the throat is to be an expressive instrument for the whole being- not to act as a ventriloquist’s dummy for your fears and conditioned belief systems.
Should you experience throat problems it helps to visualize the colour blue in this area and surrounding all your communications, this will aid you in clearly expressing that which is necessary.
The throat communicates and when in unison with the heart mediates the feelings and emotions being expressed.
The throat communes uplifts and transcends! Its majestic vibration heals, breathes life into the dying, and exults for it is the holy voice of the heart. Visshudu is the singer of songs and an instrument of the divine and it caress loved ones with sweet mumblings, but when unleashed it’s a savage weapon of destruction hearts quake and tumble.

The throat whispers laughs, cries and deals with anything related to sound on both the physical and spiritual levels.
It enables you to release your struggle for will to divine trust; it acts as a receptor for the inner voice of Divine guidance. It holds a balance twixt silence and speech.

WHEN OUT OF HARMONY you do not speak from your authentic voice or feel able to express yourself, you feel not heard, and either talk incessantly, or hardly speak or perhaps giggle inappropriately or stutter and feel foolish as though everyone thinks you’re an idiot; you can fear silence, or judgement, criticism and rejection. You often say what you think people want to hear. You find it difficult to be motivated or make valid choices become mistrusting of others and of self. You turn to oral addictions from lack of will or to hide from self, smoking, binge eating, chocolate, drinking and or drugs.
PHYSICAL Sore throats, tonsillitis, mouth ulcers cold sores, gum jaw and teeth problems, ear infections imbalanced thyroid, hearing difficulties, scoliosis, and neck problems, swollen glands, influenza colds and laryngitis, cancers of tongue, mouth throat auto immune systems.

The Third Eye is the sixth vortex and is Indigo in colour; it is located in the centre the forehead just on top of the bridge of your nose and between the eyes and points forward.
It is said to resonate at the note of A its mantra is KSHAM.
This is the centre of intellect and reasoning, the basis of our own personal psychological evaluation, and also where we connect the intuitive and psychic senses to our Spiritual Being.
It has the ability to dissolve our ego.
How amazing that the intellect, intuition and psychic powers are directed through the same vortex, thus harnessing all the aspects of the rational and intuitive mind into one stream of clear consciousness.
We use this chakra to manifest and visualize our creativity to fruition and it is from here that we Dream.
When this vortex is united with the heart centre it enables you to discern illusion from truth by bringing the light of inner awareness into your everyday life.
We learn to see beyond what visibly presents to us and trust in unseen forces. Watching the wonder of nature a starry sky or billowing clouds with soft eyes helps to clear this vortex.
I train my students to see the filamentous light and the energies emitting from the trees and flowers this brings the inner and physical vision into correlation.

I AM A CHILD OF THE UNIVERSE!
The crown is the seventh chakra/vortex its colour is violet, white, grey, palest pink or gold (The colour is determined by the amount of illumination at the moment of viewing) and is located on top and in the centre of your head and is pointing upward.
It is said to resonate to the note of B the mantra is Hum or Aum this is a powerful mantra of Divine connection.
When a baby is born this area of the skull is soft open and fragile this is when the innocence, connectivity and Divinity are perfectly intact.
This is the vortex of Divine purpose; of Soul destiny it integrates the interior and the exterior creating a harmonious vibration of wholeness.
To you a true child of the Universe this vortex is your physical body’s umbilici light cord your connection to the Divine Illumination. When your whole system is in harmony with this vortex you are interfaced with pure Divine consciousness you are in complete integrity all divine channels of perception, knowledge, light and wisdom are assessable.
The golden crown is placed upon your head, in humble adoration you fall weeping to your knees, to be anointed by the light of a thousand suns. Every cell of your being sings in blessed praise.

IT GOVERNS the brain and skull, muscular and skeletal systems it has an affect over the whole of the physical body.
WHEN OUT OF HARMONY the crown of all the vortexes is the one most commonly shutdown, often this is purposely done, because the mind ego so fears loss of the personal self; you feel isolated even when at a party surrounded by people, totally alone, depressed dissatisfied and separate from the dance of existence.
PHYSICAL Brain Disorders severe psychiatric problems, Nerve and muscle wasting diseases allergy to life, extreme energy lacks/chronic fatigue, neurological disorder, sensitivities to light and sound, tinnitus, vertigo, unexplainable nausea, migraines for no known cause.
